Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the CCTV & security surveillance market.
Manage and expand relationships with system integrators, distributors, and corporate clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales goals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales plans.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct regular market visits to track performance and ensure brand visibility.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in CCTV, security, or surveillance industry.
Strong network with system integrators, distributors, and corporate customers.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
