We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Area Sales Manager

to oversee multiple store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure superior customer service across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales management, team leadership, and business expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales performance across multiple stores, achieve revenue targets, and identify new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales associates to enhance productivity and customer engagement.

Retail Operations Management:

Ensure smooth store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and implement best practices for customer service.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research, analyse sales data, and strategize improvements to maximize profitability.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and coordinate with the supply chain team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by implementing customer service best practices.

Reporting & Compliance:

Generate sales reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

5 years

of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or FMCG industries. Proven track record in managing multi-store operations and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to analyse market trends and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel across multiple store locations.
