Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day sales operations across assigned clinic locations. Achieve

monthly sales targets

, revenue goals, and profitability metrics. Lead, train, and motivate

Sales Consultants, Front Desk Executives, and Branch Managers

. Drive client acquisition through

walk-ins, lead follow-ups, conversions, and referrals

. Monitor branch performance with daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Implement

sales strategies

, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives. Ensure high

customer satisfaction

, service quality, and operational excellence. Handle escalations, client feedback, and customer retention programs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and local vendors. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, and brand standards.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience as

Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Manager

in Slimming, Wellness, Healthcare, Beauty, or Fitness industry. Strong knowledge of

sales management, team handling, and target achievement

. Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to work with

KPIs, sales reporting, and CRM tools

. Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
