Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within a specific geographical area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals. Manage and motivate Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to meet performance targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches in the region. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for the sales team. Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
