Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned clinics.
Implement local marketing and promotional activities to drive new client acquisition.
Monitor and review sales conversions, client retention, and revenue per client metrics.
Develop and execute business plans to expand clinic profitability and market share.
Team Management
Supervise and guide Slimming Consultants, Clinic Managers, and Wellness Advisors.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for sales enhancement.
Motivate and mentor the team to ensure high productivity and client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth clinic operations and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, and Medical) for operational efficiency.
Analyze clinic performance reports and implement corrective actions where needed.
Customer Experience & Compliance
Maintain the highest standards of customer service and clinic hygiene.
Address client escalations promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and ethical standards at all times.

Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the slimming, wellness, fitness, or healthcare industry.
Experience managing multiple branches or centers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
