Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand market reach in assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and institutional networks.
Identify new business opportunities and promote company products.
Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and sales reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and supply chain.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales or Marketing).
4-8 years of experience in stationery, paper, or publishing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Self-driven with ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of local market and willingness to travel.
