Position: Sales Manager-OBM

Location: Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the machine manufacturing industry.

Experience in selling engines, engine spares, jetties, PF boats.

Strong understanding of the machine manufacturing market and customer needs.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify and nurture business opportunities with new and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
