About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
Area Sales Manager
to join our team and drive sales of agricultural tools in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role that involves regular interaction with farmers, dealers, and distributors, ensuring strong customer relationships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of agricultural tools and achieve assigned targets.
Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Provide sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in sales of agricultural products or tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the sales process cycle.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
Compensation:
?30,000 - ?40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience*). Performance-based incentives.
Travel allowance as per company policy.
