Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven
Area Sales Manager
to lead our loan sales efforts across a defined region. The candidate must have
5-8 years of proven experience
in
Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
, with strong market knowledge, team-handling capabilities, and a deep network of DSAs and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of
Home Loans (HL)
and
Loan Against Property (LAP)
in the assigned area
Identify and onboard DSAs, connectors, builders, and channel partners
Manage and support a team of sales executives/relationship officers
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing and disbursement coordination
Work closely with credit and operations teams for faster TAT and improved customer experience
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to realign strategies
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the sales team
Maintain healthy pipeline and ensure high conversion rates
Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience in
Home Loan
and
LAP
sales
Strong understanding of loan products, eligibility, documentation, and local market dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in handling DSAs/builders and achieving sales targets
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team leader
Graduation is a must; MBA is an added advantage
