Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop business in the assigned area through active field work
Acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Plan market visits and identify new business opportunities
Conduct product presentations and meetings with clients
Track sales performance and maintain regular reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Key Skills Required:
Graduation is mandatory
2+ Years of experience in sales in any field
Strong field sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset
Relationship-building ability
Knowledge of BFSI / Insurance products preferred
