Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
Drive primary, secondary, B2C, and bulk sales across FMCG, B2B, and direct-to-consumer channels
Manage B2C retail sales including kirana stores, supermarkets, modern trade, and direct walk-in customers
Generate and close bulk orders from wholesalers, institutions, corporate clients, caterers, hotels, and large retailers
Ensure strong retail outlet coverage, numeric & weighted distribution across the territory
Manage FMCG product availability, visibility, pricing, and in-store promotions
Ensure FIFO, expiry control, and reduction of damages, returns, and near-expiry stocks
Handle B2B, institutional, and bulk customers, including negotiations, pricing, and contract management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, distributors, bulk buyers, and institutional clients
Appoint, manage, and monitor distributor, sub-distributor, and channel partner performance
Ensure proper stock levels, billing accuracy, scheme implementation, and timely secondary, B2C, and bulk sales
Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers, Sales Executives, and B2C promoters to achieve bulk and retail targets
Plan and monitor daily beat plans, outlet coverage, route planning, and field productivity
Conduct joint field visits and provide on-the-job coaching to improve conversion and bulk order closures
Identify new markets, retail outlets, bulk customers, and business growth opportunities
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, consumer offers, and bulk market trends
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment collection from B2B, B2C, and bulk customers
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, bulk order MIS, outlet productivity reports
Forecast demand for retail and bulk orders and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ethical sales practices, and customer service standards
