Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for coffee vending machines, premixes, and service contracts
Identify and acquire new B2B customers such as corporates, factories, hospitals, hotels, colleges, IT parks, and institutions
Manage and develop dealers, distributors, and service partners
Conduct product demos, trials, and installations at customer locations
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
Monitor machine installations, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Ensure regular consumption and billing of coffee/tea premixes
Drive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and upselling opportunities
Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Coordinate with technical/service teams for smooth installations and maintenance
Manage collections and ensure timely payments from clients and partners
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market feedback
Train dealer sales teams and promote new products/schemes
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of vending machines, beverage premixes, or office beverage solutions
Customer relationship management and problem-solving ability
Team handling and channel management
Good communication and presentation skills
