Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement region-specific sales plans, analyze market data, identify opportunities, and drive growth.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales reps to meet and exceed targets, fostering a positive environment.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring:
