Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven

Area Sales Manager

to independently handle our sales operations in the Coimbatore region. The candidate must have strong experience in the

Plywood, Laminates, or Interior/Building Materials industry

and be confident managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business opportunities and manage existing dealer/retailer relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned region. Identify potential markets, contractors, architects, and interior designers to grow product reach. Conduct regular market visits for lead generation, product promotion, and competitor analysis. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships. Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Handle customer queries, product demos, and after-sales coordination.

Requirements



Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, or related building material products is mandatory.

2-4+ years of field sales experience. Ability to work independently. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness for regular field travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
