Role Summary
Lead multiple Sales Managers, expand business in the zone, and ensure consistent 2X revenue growth through strategic channel development.
Key Responsibilities
Own P&L of assigned area: revenue, cost, productivity & profitability.
Deliver minimum 2X revenue growth quarter-on-quarter.
Manage 3-6 Sales Managers and 20-40-member teams.
Develop new channel partners, DSAs, property brokers, corporate tie-ups.
Drive bank/NBFC relationship management for better pricing & approvals.
Implement Urban Money SOPs: funnel reviews, training, audits & compliance.
Identify new markets, demand pockets & scalable sourcing opportunities.
Mentor team members, run weekly performance reviews & improvement plans.
Requirements
3-8 years of experience in financial sales; minimum 2 years in team handling.
Strong record in achieving double revenue scaling across multiple teams.
Excellent leadership, forecasting & regional business growth abilities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
