Key Responsibilities
Independently manage day-to-day sales operations in the assigned area
Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Prepare accurate sales reports and submit them on time
Coordinate with internal teams for stock, logistics, and marketing needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field
3-7 years of area/field sales experience in plywood or laminates.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the territory
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
