The ASM will oversee multiple Renew Plus branches, ensuring sales growth, staff performance, operational efficiency, and target achievement. The role requires leadership, sales strategy, strong communication, and the ability to handle daily field tasks.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Management
Achieve monthly revenue targets for all assigned branches.
Track lead ? appointment ? consultation ? conversion performance.
Identify reasons for low sales and implement action plans.
Daily follow-up with counsellors and telecallers.
B. Staff Performance Monitoring
Supervise FOE, Telecallers, Counsellors, Hair Technicians and Doctors.
Conduct weekly team meetings and trainings.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper sales behaviour.
C. Branch Operations
Check customer satisfaction, service quality, waiting time.
Maintain hygiene, front office standards, stock levels.
Ensure CRM and report accuracy in all branches.
