Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and support.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
Lead product demonstrations and upselling initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Pharma field
Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and territory sales.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance data.
Ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with potential clients.
Experience in lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking.
