Job Description

Main Responsibilities:Strategic sales planning and execution to retain and expand customer relationships Client engagement: identifying business needs, preparing proposals/quotations, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service Promoting and selling products through BTL marketing activities (Agri Melas, exhibitions, canopy setups, farmer meets, training sessions) Execution of brand and product campaigns with a 360 approach Development of medium to long-term sales plans for dealers and key customers Responsible for brand communication and training initiatives Coordination with internal teams and reseller networks for sell-in/sell-out and material support Execution of trade marketing plans including profiling, promoter projects, and channel campaigns Liaison with government institutions for subsidy facilitation and institutional sales Extensive travel across assigned territory for market feedback and relationship building Monitoring receivables and ensuring timely collections from channel partners
