Job Overview:



We are looking for Area Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team .The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned territory, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering relationships with clients and distributors. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven sales experience, a passion for skincare and personal care products, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Execution



Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed territory revenue targets. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in both existing and new markets. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Team Management



Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance. Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture aligned with company values.

Operations and Reporting



Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and expenses to the Regional Sales Manager. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and promotional guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the skincare, personal care, or FMCG industry.

Skills:



Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mind set with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other:



Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Passion for skincare and personal care products is a plus.
