Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Area Sales Manager
to drive sales growth and manage distribution channels in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail outlets, beauty stores, wellness clinics, and modern trade partners.
Identify and onboard new distributors, stockists, and retail partners.
Implement brand visibility and promotional campaigns at the ground level.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Report sales activities, stock movement, and feedback to the senior management.
Train and support store staff on product knowledge and brand story.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetic, or skincare product sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-starter with good organizational and planning abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred: Experience in launching new skincare brands or handling personal care products.
Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferred - BBA, B.Sc., or MBA in Sales/Marketing)
