is a vibrant, growing startup coffee shop brand with a mission to serve premium coffee experiences.

The

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in a defined geographical area. This includes managing B2B and B2C sales channels, developing strategic relationships, executing marketing tie-ups, and achieving revenue targets. The ASM will play a critical role in growing the brand's footprint and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all locations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Food & Beverages, FMCG, or retail sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail sales and territory management. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Prior experience with coffee brands, QSR chains, or food retail. Network of existing B2B or institutional clients in the region.
