Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and

executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering

strong customer relationships. The role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and market

insight to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

? Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

? Collaborate with marketing (including social media promotions), product, and customer

service teams to optimize customer experience

? Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends

? Attend exhibitions and ensure effective promotion, post-show follow-ups, sending offers,

and supporting the technical team for machine display

? Prepare weekly reports on all sales activities and update the MD

? Candidate must reside close to Bhiwandi plant as no accommodation will be provided

? Must have experience in Plastic Machinery Sales

? Strong communication in English and Hindi is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
