Key Responsibilities:



Agency Recruitment: Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the company's market reach. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure long-term partnerships. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability through agency partners. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with agency partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Performance Management: Monitor agency partner performance and provide support to improve results. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the agency channel.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development and sales within the life insurance industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and agency channel. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills.
