We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager to manage and expand our distributor and dealer network in the Udaipur region. The ideal candidate should have experience in channel sales within the building materials or construction chemicals industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, Builders and channel partners.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Accounts, and Marketing) for smooth operations.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments from the channel partners.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales and project sales in relevant industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
