Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM)- Responsible for primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory (covering no more than 5 districts).- Managing distributor appointments, outlet coverage, placements, and ensuring outlet throughput.- Coordinating with HQ for processing secondary claims.- Managing direct outlet business, ensuring smooth operations.- Monitoring daily team performance, including:- Market start time- Time spent in each outlet- Overall time spent in the market- Total calls, productive calls, and new calls- Providing recruitment support, including assisting HR with suitable candidate profiles for the assigned area.- Team management, including on-field training and support.- Tracking competitor activities and market trends.- Planning and executing BTL (Below the Line) activities effectively.Qualification: GraduatePost Graduate would be desirableWork Experience: 15 years.
