Area Sales Manager (ASM)
with a strong background in
solar channel sales
to drive business growth and expand our dealer and distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage
channel sales
through dealers, distributors, and EPC partners
Appoint, train, and motivate
channel partners
to achieve sales targets
Drive
territory growth
, market penetration, and brand visibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with disciplined reporting
Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
solar panel / renewable energy sales
Strong exposure to
channel sales, dealer & distributor management
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
