Area Sales Manager (EPC) in Nagpur: Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the EPC sector. - Lead and Manage a High-Performing Sales Team: Mentor, coach, and monitor sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets. - Identify and Cultivate Relationships with Key Clients: Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients in the EPC industry. - Analyze Market Trends and Adjust Sales Strategies: Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts and ensure successful project execution. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EPC industry or a related field. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the EPC industry and its trends is preferred.
