Area Sales Manager
to lead and expand our sales operations in Rajasthan & Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Representatives to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective retail penetration and product visibility.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely execution of sales promotions, schemes, and campaigns.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth execution of business operations.
Ensure proper market coverage with regular field visits across the assigned states.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
3-6 years of proven experience in sales management within the Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care industry.
Strong network and understanding of distributors, retailers, and modern trade in Rajasthan & Gujarat.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states.
