We are looking for a result-oriented
Retail Area Sales Manager
to drive business growth and retail expansion. The role includes strategizing expansion plans, overseeing retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement retail expansion strategies (exclusive stores, franchise outlets, experience centers).
Identify potential locations and build partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and stakeholders.
Strengthen relationships with retail partners to align with company goals.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine strategies.
Monitor outlet performance, ensuring compliance with operational policies.
Prepare and share sales and market performance reports with management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in retail business development (preferred in D2C, Automobile, or FMCG).
Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer engagement.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven analysis.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
