Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Officer (ASO) will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors, and expanding Trubond's presence in the assigned territory. This is a field-intensive role that requires strong networking, communication, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in the assigned area. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Trubond products. Promote new product launches and schemes to retailers, contractors, and applicators. Generate demand by conducting on-site visits, product demos, and mason meets. Ensure proper visibility of the brand through merchandising, display, and POS materials. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit discipline. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/management system. Support marketing campaigns and participate in trade events.

Requirements

Graduate in Any Discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). 1-4 years of sales experience in construction chemicals / paint / building material industry. Strong local market knowledge and dealer/distributor handling experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone. Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
