About the Role:
As a part of the retail team will manage strategy, sales and operational efficiency and NPS for all the company owned collection centres assigned to you.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service at all times and maintain the customer NPS.
Store Operations: Ensure all opening, closing and cleanliness SOPs are being taken care of maintaining the inventory, stock rotation and attendance.
Sales and Marketing: Conduct BTL activities and maintain the P&L of each store. Analysing the market and being aware of trends and competitor activities.
Administrative Duties: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Handle Cash, POS systems and maintain financial transactions accurately along with maintaining the petty cash
People Management: Assist in recruiting, training and monitoring the staff. Solve the queries of staff and keep them motivated to achieve the sales and target. Maintain NPS of all the store emedics. Maintain records of overtime and weekly roster.
Skills we are looking for:
5+ years of deep understanding of sales strategies and maintain P&L of the retail stores
Ability to manage stock levels, ordering, and ensuring no overstock of products for the respective stores
Has experience in Escalation Management
Has prior experience in managing multiple retail stores.
Proven experience in a supervisory role in retail or a similar environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software.
