Roles & Responsibilities
*Lead and manage a field sales team of 20 members to drive performance.
*Ensure business growth with existing distributors in the assigned territory.
*Manage and develop the dealer and channel sales network.
*Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.
*Develop effective sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration.
*Conduct weekly visits to distributors across the assigned territory.
*Ensure daily reporting from the field force and submit consolidated reports to Head Office.
*Identify and appoint new distributors as per company policies and terms.
*Conduct area mapping to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
Candidate Specifications
*Minimum 3-4 years experience in hardware, channel, or counter sales.
*Experience in adhesives, paints, plywood, or building materials industry preferred.
*Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
*Ability to work with distributors, dealers, and retail networks efficiently.
*Target-oriented with strong planning and execution abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
