About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Area Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving monthly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Ensure brand visibility and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry type -- e.g., FMCG, logistics, finance, etc.]. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a regional team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
