Sales Strategy & Planning:


Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across India, aligned with company goals.

?

Pan India Sales Operations:


Manage and monitor regional sales teams, set KPIs, and ensure optimal market coverage and customer engagement nationwide.

?

OEM & Distributor Development:


Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key

OEM clients

and

authorized distributors

to drive long-term business.

?

Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across regions. Regularly review performance and implement training & development plans.

?

Market Intelligence:


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.

?

Channel Management:


Streamline and expand the distribution network while resolving any conflicts or challenges in the channel.

?

Business Development:


Identify and tap into new segments, applications, or markets for bearings; especially in auto, industrial, agricultural, or heavy machinery sectors.

?

Reporting & Forecasting:


Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
