Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, and project managers.
Market Analysis:
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Order Management and Collections:
Ensuring timely order processing, product delivery, and efficient collection of payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing regular sales reports, tracking performance, and providing sales forecasts.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Ensuring the sales team is well-informed about product features, benefits, and applications, and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management:
