We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within their designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned region.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
