The compensation will be based on target achievements and structured as follows:
Fixed Salary :
A fixed Salary will be released every month, subject to achieving the minimum performance threshold as per company terms, as per income tax regulations.
Variable Commission :
Additional Business commission as per company commission structure norms, with a 2% TDS deduction applicable as per income tax regulations for insurance commission.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Area Manager - Insurance Aggregation, the key responsibilities include:
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive insurance sales and business growth
Achieve and exceed defined targets for policy sales and revenue generation.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the agent network.
Sub-Agent / Non Posp's Management:
Recruit, train, and manage insurance sub-agents. Not mandatory to recruit Irda posp/Agents
Monitor agent performance and ensure target achievements.
Implement retention strategies to maintain a high-performing agent network.
Operational & Compliance Management:
Ensure that all insurance sales and transactions comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Oversee the accurate and timely booking of business under the assigned ASM - Posp Code.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Customer Engagement & Service Quality:
Ensure high levels of sub agent satisfaction by resolving inquiries and grievances promptly.
Customer and sub-agent complaints are efficiently maintaining service quality.
Promote ethical sales practices and build strong customer/Sub agents relationships.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Implement company sales and marketing initiatives effectively within the designated area.
Provide feedback to business center and senior management for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
The Area sales manager will be reporting to the Business Development Manager
Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to the Business Development Manager
Track and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to business planning.
