Area Sales Manager - Ayur Upchar Health Care Center
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving business growth across assigned territories by onboarding new franchisees, managing existing franchise partners, and leading a team of Marketing Executives operating at franchise locations. The role involves sales strategy, training, performance monitoring, and ensuring seamless franchise operations in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Franchisee Onboarding & Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners in assigned regions.
Conduct franchise orientation sessions and ensure smooth operational setup.
Provide training on products, sales processes, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
Develop strong relationships with franchise owners to support long-term business growth.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for all franchise outlets in the area.
Plan and implement area-specific sales strategies to improve franchise performance.
Monitor sales dashboards, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Support franchisees with local promotional activities and business development initiatives.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, train, and supervise a team of Marketing Executives placed at franchise locations.
Assign daily/monthly targets and ensure team productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and performance evaluations.
Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Market Expansion & Territory Management
Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Assist in territory mapping, franchise expansion, and pipeline development.
Conduct periodic market visits to ensure brand visibility and adherence to marketing guidelines.
5. Operational Support & Compliance
Ensure franchise partners follow company SOPs, brand standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Address franchise-related issues promptly and escalate critical matters as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, supply chain, etc.) for smooth franchise functioning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise management--preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
