We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to join our growing team in Hubli, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the
pump industry
, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and territory development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers
Identify new business opportunities and markets within Madhya Pradesh
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Provide technical support and product training to channel partners
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Ensure timely collections and after-sales support
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of sales experience
in the
pump industry
or related field
Strong knowledge of pump products, applications, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
