Key Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned area
Lead, train, and motivate Medical Representatives / Sales Executives
Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies
Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors
Ensure proper implementation of marketing and promotional activities
Monitor secondary sales and stock availability
Analyze market trends, competition, and submit regular reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
6+ years of pharma sales experience, including team handling
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively
