Own the

sales target and disbursal performance

for Personal Loans and Business Loans in your area

Recruit, train, and lead

a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers Generate loan leads through field activity, digital campaigns, and channel partner onboarding Coordinate with

banks/NBFCs

for product alignment, login, and disbursal support Monitor

TAT, login-to-disbursal ratios

, and quality of files submitted Create and drive local campaigns, incentive plans, and productivity tools Maintain

accurate MIS, reports

, and daily dashboards for team performance Ensure adherence to company policy, compliance, and fair practices Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve turnaround
