Location: Haryana , Punjab , Himachal

salary : 45k-60k per month

Role Overview:

The Area Sales Manager will be the growth engine of Paudhaawala, responsible for driving revenues across B2B, Societies, Nurseries, Farmhouses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build and execute a unified sales and BD strategy across all revenue streams.

2. Own and deliver the company's top line revenue and growth objectives.

3. Ensure consistent sales growth, stock optimization, and customer experience excellence.

4. Drive performance, visibility and revenue across online platforms.

5. Oversee corporate/B2B , Farmhouses , nurseries , societies , IT offices and institutional sales verticals.

6. Build and scale General Trade distribution, Franchise models, and Exclusive Brand Outlets

7. Lead Feasibility studies, execution and growth for new initiatives.

8. Build,mentor and inspire high-performing sales teams across channels.

9. Establish KPIs, performance reviews, and incentive structure to drive accountability.

10. Foster a culture of ownership, agility and entrepreneurial sprint.

Requirement

:

1. 7-10 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development.

2. Prior Startup or business-building experience preferred.

3. Strong exposure to Retail and online sales and some exp preferred in B2B sales

4. Track record of scaling revenues across multiple channels.

5. Strong sales personality ambitious, persuasive, resilient and result driven.

6. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Preferred person from Ugaoo, Nurushing green, gamla, kyari etc
