Experience Required:
4-8 years (Education / Skill Development / Beauty & Wellness preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve admission and revenue targets for the assigned centers and region.
Drive student enrollments through effective marketing and lead conversion strategies.
Develop and implement region-specific sales plans to boost business growth.
Franchise & Center Coordination
Support franchise partners in meeting sales and operational goals.
Ensure proper execution of campaigns, offers, and promotions at the center level.
Conduct regular visits to centers to monitor performance and provide guidance.
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
Explore tie-ups with schools, colleges, salons, and corporates for lead generation.
Participate in local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Team Management
Manage and mentor Center Managers and sales staff to improve performance.
Conduct sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.
Skills Required
Proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple centers and teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
