Lead and manage all branches in the assigned region
Set sales targets for Branch Managers
Develop regional sales strategies
Manage major partnerships & expansion opportunities
Conduct regular performance reviews with branch leaders
Ensure all branches meet revenue, compliance & performance standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in regional/area sales roles
Strong leadership, strategy, and planning ability
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Must be able to handle high responsibility and pressure
