Job Summary:


The

Area Sales Manager

will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by managing existing travel agent relationships and acquiring new partners. You will ensure increased adoption of Tripjack's platform, deliver sales targets, and provide market intelligence to support overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:


Identify and onboard new travel agents and channel partners in the assigned area.
Achieve sales targets (revenue, bookings, agent activation) as per business plan.
Promote Tripjack's offerings including flights, hotels, holidays, and ancillary services.

Account Management:


Manage and grow relationships with existing agents to increase repeat business.
Provide support and training to agents on using the Tripjack platform effectively.
Resolve agent queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Market Intelligence:


Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Share insights with internal teams to enhance offerings and market positioning.

Operational Support:


Work closely with operations, finance, and tech support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Reporting:


Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and performance reports.
Regularly update CRM and reporting tools.
