Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive regional growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional strategies and enhance brand presence.
Requirements
7-10 years of sales experience (preferably in medical devices/pharma/orthopedic products).
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
