Job Summary:
The role is responsible for achieving annual sales targets within the assigned territory by driving channel growth, developing the sales team, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring strong process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Achieve sales targets across Dental Clinics, Institutions (Colleges & Hospitals), and Resellers within the assigned region.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities; maintain accurate opportunity pipelines in CRM.
Execute sales and marketing programs in collaboration with Marketing and Regional Sales teams to accelerate category growth.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and product penetration.
Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to improve performance, capability, and retention.
Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and the Scientific Affairs & Education team to strengthen customer engagement and leverage training programs for business growth.
Monitor competitor activities, share market intelligence, and provide periodic performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Ensure adherence to sales process discipline -- customer visits, opportunity updates, and compliance with reporting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Science, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
6-10 years of sales experience in Dental/Medical Devices/Healthcare industry.
Strong track record in channel management, institutional sales, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
