Role Summary:




We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our lender acquisition efforts at MoneyMela. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding lenders, including financial institutions, HNIs, and mutual fund partners, while managing a team of field executives. The ideal candidate will have a background in

insurance, banking, mutual funds, or H&I

, combined with proven expertise in sales, team leadership, and business development.


Key Responsibilities:




Lender Acquisition and Relationship Management:



Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, HNIs, and other financial institutions. Develop and execute strategies to expand the lender base and drive growth in partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for all lender-related inquiries and negotiations.

Team Leadership:



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field employees to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and engagement.

Sales and Business Development:



Drive the end-to-end sales process for lender acquisition, from lead generation to onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Compliance and Reporting:



Ensure all lender acquisition processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports on acquisition metrics, team performance, and market insights.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in

sales, lender acquisition

, or related fields within insurance, banking, mutual funds, or H&I. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of field employees. Strong understanding of financial products and the lending ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
