Job Summary

Responsible for leading sales and distribution of

OPD subscription plans

, managing

DSAs & sales teams

, developing

market presence

, building

healthcare partnerships

, and ensuring

effective client education & servicing

across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

Drive sales of OPD subscription plans. Recruit, train & manage

DSAs, SMs, and channel partners

. Build partnerships with healthcare institutions.

Product Awareness

Create awareness of OPD benefits and offerings. Train agents on

product USPs, sales process & claims protocols

. Coordinate with backend team for issue resolution.

Team & Performance Management

Lead regional sales teams & DSA network. Track performance and conduct training sessions. Implement incentive schemes and productivity metrics.

Market Development

Identify and penetrate new markets. Conduct

market research & competitor analysis

.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to company & industry guidelines. Maintain

MIS reports, sales forecasts & performance insights

.

Requirements

Graduate (any stream) - MBA preferred

2+ years of insurance sales experience

(Health/General preferred) Strong leadership & team management skills Good communication & negotiation skills Knowledge of

OPD products & claims processes

Familiarity with

CRM & digital sales tools

Ready to travel as per business need
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
